Alice In Wonderland

Alice In Wonderland

On 2nd December 2019 we will welcome back the North East producers when they visit us to perform Alice In Wonderland.

Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll was written in 1865, some 154 years ago! and yet still remains a classic children’s tale. Alice in Wonderland (and its sequel, Alice through the Looking Glass) have been enjoyed by generation after generation, and deservedly so. They are gripping, witty and thoughtful books and some of the quotes are worth pondering over……

“It’s no use going back to yesterday, because I was a different person then.”

“Begin at the beginning”, the King said gravely, “and go on till you come to the end, then stop.”

“Oh, you can’t help that,” said the Cat: “we’re all mad here. I’m mad. You’re mad.” – “How do you know I’m mad?” said Alice. “You must be,” said the Cat, or you wouldn’t have come here.”

Delightful!

The North East Producers always have our residents and staff alike, singing along with the songs and we are always mesmerised by their performances.
