On the 1st February 2019 at 3pm, we will be holding a Digni-Tea for our residents and their families & friends at St Georges, with the support of the National Dignity Council.

At St Georges we uphold the dignity of our Service Users by treating each person as an individual through offering their own personalised service and we also enable people to maintain a maximum level of independence, choice and control.

The National Dignity Council want to raise awareness of Dignity in Care and to coincide with this, we have invited the Local Mayor to attend our event and we are also looking for our St Georges Dignity Champion, who will be presented with a certificate on the day.

All the information on the Digni-Tea and what to do to be considered for the Dignity Champion, can be found on our staff notice board and the visitors notice board within the Home.

We can make a difference.
